大好きなカフェの派生（？）のお店、UNI COFFEE ROASTERY の既存のドリンクメニューに加えてパルフェをメインにしたお店がオープンしました。
UNI COFFEE ROASTERYはSDGsなど最先端の環境問題に取り組んだり、募金活動などミャンマーに経済発展への支援を積極的に行っている会社です。
コーヒーを通して多くの人を多くの人を幸せにしたい、そんな優しい思いのコーヒーショップ。
普段活動する生活圏内の横浜にはUNI COFFEEが点在してますので、2日に1度位の利用度、そんな中で今年2022年9月に横浜駅のモアーズ8階にオープンした「Salon de Parfait」オープンキッチンでパフェを作ってるところを見る事のできるカフェだと聞いて、やっとの思いで行ってまいりました。
モアーズのエスカレーターで8階まで上がり、目の前のお店の先を進んだ一番奥にひときわ明るいネオン管看板で目立つその入口
なんかアトラクションの入り口みたいでワクワク・・・
通路を行った先にあります。
ちょっと変わった作りになってるので一見戸惑います。UNI COFFEEにしては珍しく愛想のない店員さんがお出迎えです。
自由に席を選んでレジに注文しに行くセルフスタイル（配膳はしていただけます）
行ったのは夜だったので入った時はお客さんもまぁまぁいたけど気付いたらほとんどいなくなってました。ので、こんなに綺麗に撮影する事ができました。
今回注文したのは「季節のパルフェ ピスタチオ」1800円でドリンクとセットにするとパルフェ ＋ ドリンク ＝ 200円引きになります。
パルフェ、ピスタチオの内容。アプリコットコンポート、紅茶ゼリー、紅茶ムース、オレンジ、ナッツ、ピスタチオムース、ピスタチオアイスがぎっちり詰まってました。
お値段のわりに・・・な感じが素直な感想。
ピスタチオ風味が正しいかな？紅茶のゼリーやムースも風味程度なので特別秀でてはいません。ほんのりのピスタチオがそれなりに良い感じにはなってましたけど、「あれ？なんのパフェだったっけ？」ってイメージです。カップルでいちゃいちゃ食べるには良いのかな？カップルに囲まれてたし・・・（また出たボッチの卑屈）コンセプト的には大人のパフェってテーマだったと思ったけど、おばさんの勘違いだったのかな？
若干クリーム系が多くて胸焼けに近い状態になりました。
お店の雰囲気はキャッチーで可愛くて良いけど、おばさんにはイタいかな。
んでもって懲りずに2度目、行ってみました。（笑）
季節のパルフェ「栗のモンブラン」内容はカシスジュレ、メレンゲ、生クリーム、栗の甘露煮、チョコムース、ナッツ、マロンクリーム、フランボワーズジェラート
前回のピスタチオよりはマロンクリームがたっぷりで美味しい。全然関係ないフランボワーズジェラートが美味しくて、マロンクリームと一緒に食べるとベストマッチだった！今回もチョコムースと生クリームが多くてそれがちょっと残念だった。お値段で言うなら、もうちょっと栗感欲しかった。マロンアイスが入ってたら尚良かったかなぁ
他にもフレンチトーストもあるので、そっちも食べてみたいなぁ〜〜〜〜
